The maximum number of letters for name/date (wish/message) is 20. Also, 8 kinds of colors & 5 kinds of Font are available.

Q3.Is it possible to reorder New OMAMORI which I created before?

Yes. However reordering is available for New OMAMORI members only. If you have an membership account, you can view your order history / reorder your OMAMORI within 60 days.

Q4.Is it possible to save editing New OMAMORI?

No. Unfortunately, we do not have a digital image preservation function.

Q5. Is it possible to order both Fabric OMAMORI and Paper OMAMORI at the same time?

No. You need to order either Fabric OMAMORI or Paper OMAMORI individually.

To 1 shipping address each, you can order maximum 5 colors & maximum 99 OMAMORI either Fabric or Paper.

Q7.How much pixel and resolution should images be for New OMAMORI?

1033x689 pixel, 350dpi, recommended.

*We recommend high resolution image for printing quality. It is possible to order New OMAMORI with low resolution image, however the printed image may be low.Please understand and agree with the printing situation.

Q8.What kinds of format for printing images should be?

We accept general digital images such as JPEG/GIF/PNG.

Q9.Can I use any images form SNS?

Yes. You can use pictures from any SNS. Because images from SNS have low resolution, the printed image may be low.

Q10.Can I adjust any image color and brightness on editing page?

No. We do not support editing color and brightness.

Q11.Can I send a CD-R/DVD-R/SD card for image uploading to order New OMAMORI by mail?

No. We only accept uploading images from the website.

Q12.Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing is completed?

No. We DO NOT accept any cancellation or changes, because we start production one by one after your order is completed.Please carefully check your editing New OMAMORI on the preview page.

Q13.Can I return or exchange my order?


We can not accept New OMAMORI returns or exchanges unless you receive a defective product. If you receive any defective products, please contact us on the Inquiry form within a week for replacements.

Yes. It is easy to create your membership account with a password.

Q2.I do not receive any confirmation mails to create a membership account.

Japan Post Co., Ltd. will deliver your OMAMORI by International ePacket direct mail. In principle, mailing only.

Q2.I want to send New OMAMORI as presents. Can I choose any shipping addresses to my family or friends?

Yes. You are able to select any shipping address on the shipping page. *If you have multiple orders, you are also choose any shipping addresses. (Maximum 5 shipping addresses.)
